Service of Process

If you are an attorney or individual in North America, civil requests and legal process (including litigation matters, lawsuits, court orders and subpoenas) should be served on our registered agent in your state. CamCo Commercial Inc is unable to accept service by email, fax, or regular mail.​


Civil requests and legal service from any other country requires formal legal process under the laws of your local jurisdiction. Compliance@camcoholdings.com please expect a 30 day window for response from proper party. ( we do not accept service ) 

Government & Law Enforcement Inquiries


If you are a government official or law enforcement agent handling an investigation and are authorized to gather evidence, you may submit a preservation or government information request as described in our Legal Process Guidelines


If you represent a regulatory body or licensing entity (including department of department of revenue, state office of attorney general) and are seeking to notify CamCo Commercial Inc of a regulatory customer complaint you may do so by contacting our Attorney General Inquiry
